Consumers are complaining that ATT’s My Digital Life doesn’t work very well. Consider that one customer said that the system did not work half of the time with the cameras giving them the most problems. What’s important to note is that the customer was on satallite internet. A satellite internet provider doesn’t have the proper speed to allow for good streaming of cameras. I think if that was resolved, then they would have had a better experience.
The IOS app for the IPhone has some issues such that it doesn’t provide notifications for users. I think this is where users have to ask themselves who they want monitoring their system. If you have a security company monitoring your system, then they can be more responsive. But what if you are busy at the time or can’t get to your phone. You’ll miss the security event anyway.
